The device’s feeding mechanism supplies packaging elements from the infeed magazine to the transport system, where the material code inspection, printing, and product control are carried out. Incompliant products are rejected into the rejection bin.

Track & Trace
The device has a basic software that can be upgraded with the Track & Trace module, which quickly adapts to the current regulations of different markets (Europe, USA, Russia, Japan, China etc.).
- Generation and support of numeric and alphanumeric product identification numbers (serialization)
- Printing and print validation (OCR/OCV, pattern tracking) for various regions
- Printing and checking (GS1 code grading) codes such as datamatrix code, 1D code, China 1D code, Russian crypto code, Japanese databar code
- The device is a line controller and connects to sub-devices for Track & Trace aggregation process
- When changing batches, it can switch to different kinds of aggregation devices (CP, MCLS, MCS) that are in the production line
