FPPV – Flat pack print and verify system

The device is designed for printing and performing print control on unformed packaging elements. The device’s feeding mechanism supplies packaging elements from the hopper to the transport system, where the material code inspection, printing, and product control are carried out. Incompliant products are rejected into the rejection bin.

VLS – Vial labelling system

The labeling device is designed for the labelling of vials. The device has an integrated labeling unit that each product with a label. Printer is used to print label content, which is verified by the camera. In case of incompliant printing, the label is then rejected on the rejection cylinder. In case label is unsuccessfully applied to the product, the product is transported to the rejection bin.

TRACK AND TRACE - AGGREGATION

We offer a wide range of devices for manual and automatic aggregation of products up to the pallet level.

CP – Case packer

The case packer family is designed for fully automated filling of products (folding boxes, bottles, bundles) into transport cartons. Products are collected from the infeed belt, stacked into levels and levels are filled into transport boxes. The system checks transport box fullness with either cameras and/or vacuum suckers. The process is continued with transport box flap closing and glueing with adhesive tape. Finaly transport case labels are printed, applied and verified. The system allows pallet label printing and manual pallet aggregation.

Optionally, a palletizer can be connected to the system. Palletizer enables fully automated transport carton stacking and pallet label print&application.

PL – Palletizer

The palletizer is a casepacker sub-device. The palletizer is connected to the output of the case packer and enables an automated palletizing process including transport case – pallet aggregation. The palletizer has two pallet positions. Robotic arm is positioned between them and allows for various configurations of stacking transport boxes onto pallets. During transport box stacking anti-slip adhesive can be applied to each transport box or anti-slip sheet can be used between each pallet layer to ensure pallet stiffness during transport. When pallet stacking is complete, pallet label is printed and applied with the Robotic arm.

MCLS – Manual aggregation system

The Manual Aggregation Station is designed for the aggregation of folding boxes into transport boxes or other storage containers. The operator takes the folding boxes from the accumulation belt/table and manually places them into the transport boxes. Upon each layer completion, a high-resolution camera installed at the top of the device, captures an image of all stacked folding boxes verifying the content of printed codes. When transport box is full the device enables label printing for both transport boxes and pallets.

The Manual Aggregation Station is suitable for aggregating folding boxes that have printed codes on the side facing the top of the transport box. When printing is done on different side or different secondary packaging is used, we offer the universal aggregation device MCS.

MCS – Universal aggregation system

The universal aggregation station is designed for aggregating leaflets into transport boxes (switches) or into other containers for stored products. It is used for products of standard or non-standard (large leaflets, wallets, etc.) shapes, regardless of which side the data is stamped. From the reservoir / table, the operator takes products, scans them on the device, and then invests in transport boxes. The fullness of transport boxes is controlled by the number of scanned products. Upon completion of filling the transport boxes, the device allows you to print labels for transport boxes and pallets.

IWS – In-wallet sealing system

The device is designed for automated filling of blisters into wallets. The operator loads blisters and wallets at the device’s hopper. The device feeds blisters from the hopper onto the input rotary table. A vacuum gripper then takes the blister packs from the input rotary table and places them in the wallet hopper. Vacuum gripper then takes a wallet along with blister to the output rotary table and it checks the material code during transfer. Products with incompliant material codes are rejected into the rejection bin. On the output rotary table, the device checks the presence of the wallet and appropriate blister. Incompliant products are rejected into rejection bin. Finally, the device folds the products, welds them using a welding plate, and transfers them to the output belt.

IWS-F – In-wallet sealing and forming system

The device is designed for automated filling of blisters into wallets. The operator loads blisters and wallets at the device’s hopper. The device takes the wallets from the hopper using a vacuum gripper and checks the pre-printed material code during transfer to the nest. Wallets with inappropriate material code are discarded into the rejection bin. Compliant wallet travels to the next station, where the gripper takes the blister packs from the hopper and checks the pre-printed material code during transfer to the nest. Products with incompliant material codes are rejected into the rejection bin. In the next two steps, the closing and welding of wallets are carried out. Variable content is printed on the welded wallets using an inkjet printer, which is then verified with a camera. At the output station, the transfer of wallets to the output belt is carried out, where the final formation of the wallet is performed.
