The VLS system is engineered for precise vial labeling and accurate verification of colored caps. At the machine infeed, the operator loads a dedicated tray with unprinted vials. These vials are then conveyed into the system, where a high-resolution camera verifies the cap color, and an integrated labeling unit applies a label to each product. Labels are laser-printed and inspected by a high-resolution vision system; any non-compliant labels are automatically rejected before application.
Vials with missing caps or unsuccessful label application are diverted to a dedicated rejection bin, while compliant products proceed to the outfeed section, where they are neatly stacked into trays for further handling.
