The CP is a high-performance, fully automated solution for packing products (folding cartons, folding carton bundles) into shipping boxes.
The machine arranges products from the infeed conveyor into layers, which are then loaded into pre-formed shipping boxes. During the transfer of product layers into the box, a line camera system checks the completeness of the layers and/or product conformity. Full boxes are sealed with adhesive tape and conveyed toward the machine’s exit. Before exiting, the labeling unit prints, applies, and verifies the presence of shipping labels on the boxes. Non-compliant boxes are diverted to the reject line, while compliant ones proceed to the exit.
Optionally, the system can be connected to a palletizer, enabling automatic stacking of boxes on pallets and automated printing and application of pallet labels.
